Carver County Attorney’s Office suspends walk-up services Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the Carver County Attorney’s Office is not open for walk-up services. While our office remains open, we are limiting face-to-face contact with citizens. This remains in effect until further notice. While walk-up services are suspended, the Carver County Attorney’s Office will respond promptly to citizens and victims of crimes.

Court Closures Pursuant to the Chief Justice’s Order, the courts are only handling essential cases. If you have a case scheduled in the near future you should call (952) 361-1420 to determine if your case will be heard or rescheduled. Access to the Carver County Justice Center will be limited. Per Court Order, the court facility will be closed to the public. If you are authorized to attend court in-person, the screening door at the courthouse will be the point of entry.
